Description
For curd cutting and discontinuous cooking-stretching of any kind of “pasta filata” cheese: mozzarella, fior di latte, pizza-cheese, provolone, scamorza, complete with curd slicer and cooker-stretcher. Production capacity adjustable up to 100 kg/h.
The discontinuous cooking-stretching machine mod. C-S 100 is suitable for small dairies, that want to automate the steps of cutting and cooking-stretching of the cheese, while maintaining a diversified and small artisan production. In fact the machine works in batches, and therefore allows very high flexibility for the artisanal cheese makers who do not need a high and constant production capacity.
The cooking-stretching machine C-S 100 consists of a curd slicer and a stretching-kneading section with stretching arms. Both cutting and the stretching speed is adjustable.
The cooking-stretching machine is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the parts in contact with the product are treated with Teflon certified for the food industry.
